This guide is intended to support laboratories in adopting best practices in both routine and non-routine qualitative and quantitative analysis processes. The revision work carried out by members of the Eurachem Education and Training Working Group aims to maintain technical consistency and currency. In addition, while the guide is based on the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025, it is also a valuable resource for organizations looking to comply with other quality standards such as ISO 15189 and ISO 9001.

The new edition offers practical guidance not only for laboratories preparing for accreditation processes, but also for organizations aiming to establish a quality management system but not seeking formal recognition. Educators, auditors, quality experts and professionals working in analytical chemistry can find comprehensive and practical information in the guide. The guide is freely available on Eurachem’s website

This 4th edition, prepared in collaboration with Eurachem/CITAC, is an important reference for ensuring the reliability of analytical results, increasing traceability and strengthening quality awareness in laboratories. The publication stands out as a highly recommended up-to-date resource for all quality professionals, laboratory managers and trainers.
