Test: Rheological Tests

Flow Behavior and Viscoelastic Property Analysis

Rheological tests are special tests that characterize the flow behavior and viscoelastic properties of your liquid and semi-solid materials. We determine material flow characteristics through viscosity measurement, shear rate analysis, and flow curve determination. We analyze complex flow behaviors through thixotropy, yield stress, and viscoelastic modulus tests.

We measure rheological performance under thermal and dynamic conditions through temperature sweep, frequency sweep, and amplitude sweep tests. We characterize material time-dependent behavior through creep testing, stress relaxation, and oscillatory shear analysis. We optimize your processing and application performance through rheological test methods in accordance with ASTM D2196, ISO 3219, and DIN 53019 standards.
